On March 18th, during the cloud synchronization update on the Neostudio APP, some customers experienced unstable operation such as the inability to view written content after the update.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
The purpose of the cloud synchronization development for the Neostudio APP was to enable easy viewing of handwritten content from the Neo smartpen on any device, anytime.
However, some customers experienced problems such as long synchronization times or inadequate display of written content after this update. We are aware that these errors have prevented us from achieving the purpose of the update.
Firstly, we would like to inform you that if your written data is not displayed correctly, we will make every effort to recover the data.
Secondly, we will update to a stable version as soon as possible to prevent such problems from occurring in the future. If you have any further questions, please refer to the link below.
